Oysters – a special import for La Bottega from “Legris”, Brest, France

 

Crudita – Argentinean shrimps with ginger and figs, served over tomato-pepper-strawberry consomè, smoked French oyster, served over а coal, zucchini spring rolls with burrata-pea cream

 

Nizzarda – salad of fresh tuna with lime and avocado, fresh spinach and valeriana, fresh onion, cherry tomatoes, Taggiasca olives, potatoes and arugula-anchovy pesto

 

Fetuccine “La Campofilone” with saffron and lobster croutons, cherry tomatoes confit with cappers-fennel-sesame butter and cipollini

 

Fresh Mediterranean Tuna fillet, roasted with Spearmint, poppy-seeds and pink pepper, red pepper cream, fennel cream and potato gratin

 

@ Di cavallo – stone grilled horse meat fillet, red wine sauce with brandy and marsala, glazed red onion, potatoes baked with safron

Whole lobster from our aquarium, roasted with garlic, butter and bread crumbs
